Bobby Moore is the most iconic English footballer and is one of the greatest international defenders of all time.

His club record maybe not have pleased many, but his commitment at the International level earned him the highest rank among other Defenders. His services for Three lions were rewarded with a statue outside Wembley stadium.

Also, he was West Ham’s greatest ever player. Moore played over 600 games for the club during a 16-year tenure, winning the FA Cup in 1963–64 and the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1964-65.

He was the most prolific in winning the ball. His timing in the tackle was unmatched, and he was rarely off of his feet while winning the ball back for his team. He was voted seventh place as the best player in the history of the World Cup by France Football.
