The defending champion Max Verstappen holds the current contract with Red Bull. His contract is renewed and it will end up in 2023. The annual base salary of $15 million includes him in the list of most expensive F1 driver. Whereas Nikita Mazepin signed the contract with Haas for 2022.
The F1 drivers contracts and salaries updated. Having the base salary of $54 million, Lewis Hamilton is the highest paid driver ever in F1 history. While Mercedes has confirmed George Russell signed a multiyear deal worth $6 million a year.
