The 2022 French Grand Prix will take place from 22-24 July at Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet.
A total of 73 laps, consisting of a 5.842 Km circuit lap will take place at Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet. The race coverage starts on the 22 of July with practice sessions, followed by qualifying fixtures on Saturday. The final race will be on Sunday, 24th July.

Most memorable moment in French GP
The 1989 French Grand Prix at Paul Ricard is best remembered for a huge first-corner crash caused by Mauricio Gugelmin in the Leyton House, who locked his brakes and hit the back of Thierry Boutsen’s Williams.
The Leyton House ended upside down on Nigel Mansell’s Ferrari, and the race had to be restarted.
However, in the next year’s race, Gugelmin and his Leyton House teammate Ivan Capelli almost won the race but fell short.
