FIFA World Cup 2022 is just around the corner and of the 32 teams, we already have 13 teams already qualified for the tournament. The rest of the lineup will be confirmed by end of March 2022. While the draw for the group stage will take place on 1st April 2022 in Doha Qatar. On this page, we take a look at the teams who have already qualified and how they qualified. How many teams will be in FIFA World Cup 2022:
The Qatar FIFA World Cup, 2022 will be 32 team tournament and it will be the last one with the current format as from 2026 FIFA has expanded the world cup to 48 teams.
As for the 2022 Tournament we have 32 teams off which Qatar has automatically qualified alongside France who is defending champions. 30 other teams will join them via qualifiers from six different regions.
