Canadian Open 2022 Prize Money

The prize money set for the 2022 Canadian Open confirmed along with the golfers purses and caddie shares. Date and venue of the tournament announced. Event will take place between June 9 to June 13. Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas and many other known golfers will head the tournament. St. George’s Golf and Country Club, Toronto will host the Canadian Open 2022 season.

Total Prize Money | $8,700,000 is the grand total prize money purse for the 2022 season. The amount will be distributed among the golfers according to the PGA Tour prize money distribution chart.

Winner’s Share | The winner will pocket a guaranteed share of $1,566,000 besides the caddie share of $156,600 which is 18% of the total payout of the tournament. Besides the money, there are many other rewards also available for the champion golfer. These are following.

3rd & 4th Position | The golfer who will finish at third position will take home a guaranteed prize money share of $600,300 and the caddie share of $42,021. While the player who will finish at third position will take home a guaranteed prize money share of $426,300 besides the caddie share of $25,578.
