The 2020 Moto2 Championship winner will ride for Gresini MotoGP team. Enea Bastianini contract deal with Ducati confirmed as the Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer will take part in 2022 MotoGP championship.
Bastianini made his debut in grand Prix in 2014 through Moto3 World Championship. He showed brilliant performance and placed 9th with three podiums in his debut season. He continued showing such nail-biting skills and leave a great mark on the history of Moto3. Although, he didn’t win a single event, but he was in the top 10 racer of each season with best position of 2nd in 2016.
After placing 4th in 2018 Moto3, he moved to Moto2 and in his debut event, he got 10th position with 1 podium in his pocket. the very next year he became the Moto2 champion as he got 205 points after winning 7 podiums and 3 races. This promoted him to race in the premier category.
