Making his debut in 2016 Moto3 World Championship, Fernandez couldn’t perform well and made a bad start of the career after standing 32nd. After consistent poo performance and positioning at 40th in 2017, 28th in 2018, and 21st in 2019 Moto3 Championship, he made an epic comeback in the 2020 championship where he managed winning 4 podiums and attained the 4th position in the standings.
