The third edition of ATP Cup confirmed it will held at Sydney, Australia, the venue of the revealed (Ken Rosewall Arena, Sydney Super Dome). The first round of the match began from January 1st, 2022 and finals played on January 9th, 2022. After group games, completed on 6 January, 2022 a day later there will be semi final played among the group A,B,C,D winners. The winner of the semi finals will later move to finals no third place match take place in ATP Cup 2022.

Group A : Serbia, Norway, Chile, Spain
Group B : Australia (host), Russia, Italy, Bulgaria
Group C : Canada, Great Britain, USA, Germany
Group D : Greece, Poland, Georgia, Argentina
